- Weddings – Using banquet chairs, the seating capacity (in rows) is 100. Using round tables and chairs, the seating could hold approximately 80 guests.

- Bride’s room – a bedroom suite on the first floor is available for brides to dress. Additional space can also work for groomsmen and groom.
- We have an additional meeting room which can hold up to 28 people seated at round or long tables. Again, this room can be used for private parties, training sessions, etc.

The large room as well as the smaller meeting room are equipped with large screens for showing videos with HDMI capabilities. Microphones and instrumental hookups are available in the large room. *The facilities are more geared towards adult activities rather than children’s events.
The Lodge is ADA accessible with a outdoor canopy where guests may be dropped off and wheeled into the large room. Two ADA bathrooms are provided as well as a half bath, for guests. Ample parking is available around the building.
Tours are available upon appointment to negotiate the possibilities for special events.
Deer Ridge Ministries is a 501c3 organization. We ask for a donation to cover the cost of facility rental and food.

FAQs
Can we have alcohol at this facility?
Deer Ridge is an alcohol free/smoke free facility. We are dedicated to providing this space for guests. We do not have a liquor licenses and will not be responsible for any serving of alcohol on the property.
Can we bring our own food?
Deer Ridge at the Lodge has a certified food license and we are only allowed to serve food prepared on site or packaged food. There are exceptions. IE, If a wedding cake is made by a certified bakery, we will be happy to serve that at a reception.
Can we have a family reunion at the Lodge?
The Lodge is designed to be used chiefly by adults. We have beautiful furnishings that are not very “kid friendly.” We want to maintain the integrity of the house for what it was intended to be used for. Having a birthday party for a one-year old would not be an occasion we would welcome.
Can we have animals at the Lodge?
We are sensitive to all guests that may use the Lodge and want to honor those who have allergies. We do not allow pets at the Lodge.
Can we stay overnight at the Lodge?
For some events, guests may use the Retreat house for a place to sleep and relax and then have meetings and meals at the Lodge. The two buildings can work in tandem and serve guests quite well. We can discuss sleeping arrangements and use of the Lodge for a few days or a week at a time.
We want to have a “weekend away” and would like to use the Lodge. Is that possible?
The Lodge is not a hotel. We ask that guests come to rest at the Retreat house and use the Lodge for a scheduled event. Using the Lodge or the Retreat house as a ‘getaway’ without coming for a retreat is not how we use the facilities.
