- Prayer & Thanksgiving session
- Closing lunch before departure at 12:30 p.m.

Guests will stay at the Baymont Inn in Freeport, Illinois. Each room will be shared by two guests, each with their own bed.

Early Bird Registration (Until March 15, 2026)

Total Cost: $150 (2 guests per room with 2 beds)
- $75 deposit due at registration
- $75 balance due upon arrival

*an extra $100 will be added to the registration fee if you request only one per room

Late Registration (March 16 – April 11, 2026)

Total Cost: $200 (2 guests per room with 2 beds)
- $75 deposit due at registration
- $125 balance due upon arrival
Final Registration Deadline: March 20, 2026
Cancellations made before March 20 will receive a full refund of the $75 deposit.
Cancellations made after March 20 will forfeit the deposit as a contribution to Deer Ridge Ministries.
